Dr. Jon Pritchett joined the Accreditation Commission for Healthcare (ACHC) in December 2014 as Associate Director of Pharmacy and oversees the organization’s pharmacy programs. He regularly presents to US boards of pharmacy, federal and state legislators and agencies, and pharmacy personnel about USP standards and their implementation. Prior to joining ACHC he was Pharmacy Manager of a PCAB-accredited pharmacy where he specialized in sterile and non-sterile compounding as well as specialty and clinical services. Jon maintains a strong passion for elevating the pharmacy profession and strengthening its position in the medical field.
Dr. Jon earned his Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) from Campbell University College of Pharmacy & Health Sciences, and is a Registered Pharmacist in the state of North Carolina. He is also a member of the International Academy of Compounding Pharmacists (IACP), National Community Pharmacists Association (NCPA), American Pharmacists Association (APhA), International Pharmaceutical Federation (IFP), American Society for Pharmacy Law (ASPL), North Carolina Association of Pharmacists (NCAP), and Campbell University Alumni Association.
José Domingos is President and Chief Executive Officer of Accreditation
Commission for Health Care, Inc., a nonprofit accreditation organization
that has stood as a symbol of quality and excellence since 1986. Since
joining ACHC in November 2011 as the Vice President of Marketing and
Business Development, Mr. Domingos has focused on ACHC's mission to
deliver the best possible experience and to partnering with organizations
and healthcare professionals that seek accreditation and related services
Previously, José served as the Market Segment Director for Becton
Dickinson Diagnostics where he led a Global Marketing team and worked
with Key Opinion Leaders to advance the clinical treatment and access to
Liquid Based Cytology. José aligned and coordinated BD’s
comprehensive approach to eradicate cervical cancer worldwide through
health economics and outcomes research, influencing public policy, and
development and implementation of advocacy programs.
José has also served as the Director of Marketing for the Surgical Division of Teleflex Medical. In this role he led the development, branding, promotion, product and marketing management strategy for minimally invasive and open surgery products. He has over 16 years of international medical marketing and product management experience as well as sales and sales management. José holds an Associate of Engineering, and a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering Technology from Pennsylvania State University.
Greg Stowell serves as the Senior Manager of Education & Consulting for ACHC’s education and consulting division, ACHC U. Greg’s current responsibilities include overseeing all educating and consulting services provided by ACHC/PCAB, both domestically and International. Prior to his current role, Greg served for six years as the Clinical Compliance Educator for ACHC/PCAB with responsibilities over Home/Durable Medical Equipment [HME], Fitter, Complex Rehabilitation and Assistive Technology Supplier [RTS], Clinical Respiratory Care Services [CRCS], Sleep, and Pharmacy programs. Greg also served for many years as an ACHC Corporate Surveyor, performing more than 500 surveys and providing corporate pre and post-survey reviews and guidance for ACHC staff and customer organizations.
Greg has over 35 years of healthcare experience, including, owning and managing local and regional HME, Pharmacy, and Rehabilitation organizations. He has worked as an Orthotist and holds his Rehabilitation Engineering and Assistive Technology Society of North America (RESNA) Assistive Technology Professional (ATP) certification. Greg served as the chair of RESNA’s Delivery, Outcomes, and Policy Special Interest Group (SIG).
As Director of Business Development for Accreditation Commission for Health Care (ACHC) International, Matthew Hughes leverages his expertise and 15 + years in the Home Care Industry to manage existing and develop new relationships, implement growth opportunities and forge strategic alliances with member organizations.
Matthew has successfully lead his team in launching the International Home Care Accreditation Program in the Middle East and is currently working on the release of ACHC’s International Retail Pharmacy Program.
Mr. Hughes joined ACHC in April of 2007 as the Accreditation Supervisor responsible for the oversight of the Accreditation Department and its
processes. He then transitioned to the role of Business Development Manager before being promoted to Director of Business Development & Customer Service. Prior to joining ACHC, Matthew was a member of the management team for a Durable Medical Equipment, Prosthetic, Orthotic, & Supplies (DMEPOS), Home Health, and Pharmacy provider where he gained the knowledge necessary for the demanding health care industry.
